Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large ripe mangoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or oats
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese (optional)
  • shredded coconut or mint leaves for garnish

  • Instructions

    2. Peel and chop one mango and puree with lemon juice; reserve remaining mango in small cubes.
