  • Assorted fresh vegetables for dipping (carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumber, broccoli florets)

  • Instructions

    1. Place the 16 ounces of cottage cheese into a food processor or high-speed blender.

    2. Sprinkle the full packet of ranch seasoning mix over the cottage cheese.

    3. Add 1/4 cup of milk to the food processor.

    4. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no visible cottage cheese curds. This usually takes 1-2 minutes; scrape down the sides as needed.

    5. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if desired. If too thick, add more milk 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
