Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 12 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Combine Greek yogurt, pumpkin purée, protein powder, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract in a bowl and stir until smooth.

    2. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as needed.
