Description

This chicken Caesar salad wrap combines grilled chicken, crisp romaine, parmesan, and creamy Caesar dressing in a soft tortilla for a quick and nutritious lunch. It is portable, easy to assemble, and perfect for meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 2 large soft tortillas (10 inch)
  • 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce, dried
  • 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional avocado slices
  • Optional bacon bits

  • Instructions

    1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and grill over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.

    2. Allow chicken to cool slightly, then slice into thin strips.

    3. In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.

    4. Add sliced chicken to the lettuce mixture and toss gently to coat.

    5. Lay a tortilla flat and place half of the chicken mixture in the center.

    6. Add optional avocado slices or bacon bits if desired.

    7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.

    8. Wrap in parchment or foil to secure and keep fresh.
