These Healthy Chicken Caesar Wraps combine grilled chicken, crisp Romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing in a portable whole wheat tortilla. They are perfect for quick, protein-packed lunches and can be prepped ahead for up to two days.

1. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt and coat chicken breasts.
2. Marinate chicken for 15–20 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Heat grill pan over medium heat and cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
4. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly at an angle.
5. In a bowl, toss Romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing until lightly coated.
6. Add cherry tomatoes or croutons if desired and gently mix.
7. Lay each tortilla flat and place a portion of the salad mixture in the center.
8. Top with sliced chicken and drizzle a bit more dressing if needed.
9. Fold sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from bottom to top.
10. Cut wraps diagonally to serve or wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate up to 2 days for meal prep.
