  • 34 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or ghee
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan or mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

  • Instructions

    1. Remove leaves and core from cauliflower and chop into florets.

    2. Peel garlic cloves and set aside.
