This smooth Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Mash offers a creamy, low-carb alternative to traditional mashed potatoes. It combines tender cauliflower, aromatic garlic, and nutty Parmesan for a guilt-free side dish perfect for weeknights or special occasions.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 6 cups)
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
