  • 4 cloves roasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 scoop unflavored whey or collagen protein powder (about 25 g)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 24 tbsp heavy cream or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley or chives (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Cut cauliflower into florets and steam over boiling water until tender.

    2. Drain well and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
