Jordan Mitchell is the founder and editor of Daily Delish Co. A certified nutrition coach and former personal trainer, he saw a recurring challenge in his community: people knew they needed more protein, but struggled with how to include it in daily life.
Instead of pushing restrictive diets or expensive programs, Jordan set out to create a space where high-protein eating felt approachable. His philosophy is built around macro-friendly meal plans, budget-conscious recipes, and practical tips for everyday people—whether they’re athletes, busy parents, or college students trying to fuel up on a budget.

Through Daily Delish Co, Jordan curates and edits recipes that balance performance with pleasure. His mission is to show that healthy eating isn’t about sacrifice, but about building habits that last.
