  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 cups cooked rice or brown rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

    1. Season chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
