1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat and brush chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Grill chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F, then let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
3. In a blender, combine strawberries, watermelon, olive oil, honey, and balsamic vinegar, blend until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
4. Arrange arugula or mixed greens on a large platter or in bowls and scatter watermelon cubes and sliced strawberries over the greens.
5. Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken and crumbled feta cheese.
